The Monkton Players are delighted to announce their upcoming Spring 2026 production, Mindful Mayhem, a brand-new farce written and directed by our very own Tim Hiscock.
Performances will take place at West Monkton Village Hall, Monkton Heathfield, Taunton on:

About the Play
Set in the tranquil surroundings of the Rest Easy Retreat, everything should be calm and relaxing… but with a crucial inspection looming, manager Marjorie is forced to contend with a malfunctioning A.I. assistant, a panicky guest, a disastrous handyman, and a series of mishaps that quickly spiral out of control.
As lies pile up, equipment explodes, and an unexpected “wellness emergency” needs hiding fast, the inspector arrives at the worst possible moment… and tranquillity doesn’t stand a chance.
Expect an evening of laughter, confusion and classic farcical chaos from your local amateur dramatic group.
